Faye D. Cox, President

Faye D. Cox is Managing Partner of the law firm Schulze, Howard & Cox. Her areas of practice include Estate Planning and Probate; Real Estate Law; Business Law, Consumer Law, Adoptions, Surrogacy and Guardianships. Mrs. Cox graduated magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Policy & Analysis. At Bowling Green, Mrs. Cox was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Mrs. Cox received her Juris Doctor from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University in 2001. She is a member of the Union County Bar Association where she served as President, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association. Mrs. Cox is a board member of UCO Industries, and the Board of Union County Volunteer Guardians Inc. and is the Union County District and Regional Coordinator of the Ohio Mock Trial Program. Mrs. Cox is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity of Union County, a member of the Master Gardeners of Union County, and participated in the Union County Leadership Institute. She was also a past board member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce Business and Education Workforce Team and member of the Union County United Way Fundraising Committee. In 2012, Mrs. Cox was given a Presidential Citation from the Ohio Home Builders Association for her testimony before the Ohio House and Senate in favor of a change to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act. She is a frequent speaker in the topics of Estate Planning, and Consumer Law. Prior to coming to Union County, Mrs. Cox clerked for the Seventh District Court of Appeals in Youngstown, Ohio, served as Research Assistant to Dean Gregory Travalio at The Ohio State University College of Law, and was a law clerk for Bank One, N.A.

Carman Wirtz, Vice President

Carman Wirtz is a human resources professional with more than 21 years of experience. She has been employed with Quorum Health Group (Park Medical Center), Midwest Express Group, Honda North America, and Memorial Health. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources with the Columbus Zoo. She is responsible for managing 300 year round and 1600 seasonal team members throughout Central Ohio by managing four full-time staff and a five-person Professional Employment Organization. Carman received her MBA degree from Urbana University and her B.S. in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. Carman is active in the community as a business advisor for Urbana University, a Zoo School instructor and an AZA HR Committee Member. She currently resides in Marysville with her husband, Jeff. Carman has two grown children- Tyler and Kelsey. Her interests include: animal welfare, people development, ongoing learning, cooking and fitness.

Lynnette Focht, Secretary-Treasurer
Lynnette Focht is a human resources professional with over 18 years experience. She was previously employed with Midwest Express Group and Nationwide Insurance. She is currently working as the Director of Human Resources for the Marysville Schools since 2008. Her responsibilities include: providing lead HR functions for the District that includes staffing, benefits, employee wellness, employee relations and workers compensation.

Lynnette has her Masters Degree in Education and Leadership from the University of Dayton. She also has a B.S. in Human Resources from Franklin University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2002. Lynnette has volunteered for the schools where her children have attended and for her church in various roles.

Lynnette currently resides just outside of Marysville with her husband, Kent. She is the mother to three children: Braeden, Jenna and Kade. She also has 2 dogs named Lexi and Addie. Her interests include attending her childrens sporting activities, traveling and spending time with her family.

David E. Cook
David E. Cook is the owner of Cook Real Estate. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 30 years of Real Estate experience. Mr. Cook is a qualified expert court witness and fee appraiser for Estates, Civil and Probate Court. Mr. Cook obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and has a degree in Real Estate. Mr. Cook is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He served as President of the Marysville Board in 1989, 1990, 2002 and 2009. Mr. Cook has been a Paris Township Trustee for 6 years. He resides in Marysville. He and his wife Michelle are the proud parents of Sarah, Emily, and Dylan, an Associate at UCO Industries.
Steve Cook

 Steve Cook retired from Continental / ContiTech in 2015 and began his own consulting business, Cooks Conveyor Belt Services LLC. This is a great carry over from his long professional career in the mining industry. Steve is Married to his wife Regina and has a blended family with four children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling. He and his wife are members of the the Trinity Lutheran Church and most enjoy great time with their children and grandchildren. 

Adam Kucia

Adam Kucia is a quality and engineering professional with over 20 years of experience. While his entire professional career has been with Honda of America Mfg, Inc., he has held a number of diverse roles within the Purchasing organization.  This includes Quality, Delivery and Packaging Operations. He is currently Packaging Department Manager.

Adam received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  Adam is originally from the Cleveland area and currently resides in Hilliard with his wife, Carrie, and three daughters. He is active in his local church and his interests include running, cycling and spending time with his family.

Dan Ohler
Dan Ohler was previously the CEO and Board Advisor for UCO Industries and continues his service to UCO Industries as a Board Member. Recognized nationally for his leadership in Developmental Disability Services, his experience and knowledge are valuable assets to UCO Industries as it grows. In addition, he will serve as a liaison to local and state agencies relative to developmental disability service delivery. Mr. Ohler will also provide guidance relative to corporate governance, completion and execution of the strategic plan and supporting the CEO in fostering key stakeholder relationships.

Melanie Ziegler

Melanie Ziegler is a marketing, communications and public relations professional with more than 20 years of experience. She began her career with Select Sires, Inc. of Plain City working with their international markets and since 2001 has been part of the Memorial Health team, currently serving as Vice President of Community Engagement.

Melanie received her B.A. from Virginia Tech with a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree focused on Biology, Spanish and International Studies. Her MBA was earned from Urbana University and she currently serves on their Department of Business Advisory Board. Originally from the state of New Hampshire, she was raised on a dairy farm and continues her passion for agriculture by also serving on the Union County Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Association.

A Union County resident since 1995, Melanie resides near Ostrander with her husband, Jeff, and they are the proud parents of four sons and they have two granddaughters.

Dave Amerine, Chief Executive Officer

Dave Amerine has more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience in managed care. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Compliance for Buckeye Health Plan, a health plan serving the Medicaid, Medicare and commercial/exchange markets and experiencing significant growth during his tenure. In addition, Amerine has served as a volunteer Board member and Treasurer since 2002 for FFC Ohio, a not-for-profit Foundation with a mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. For twelve years previous to joining the FFC Board, Amerine served on the Board of Directors for Alternative Residences, Inc, a not-for-profit organization managing group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Amerine was born and raised in Marysville and graduated from Marysville High School. He resides in Northwest Columbus with his wife Karen (Means) Amerine, also a Marysville High School graduate. They have two grown sons, a daughter-in law, and two grandsons, and they love spending time with all of them.

Amerine holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University, and a non-practicing registration as a CPA.

Ted Ebelberger, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Ebelberger has been the Chief Financial Officer at UCO Industries since 2004. Prior to joining the UCO Industries Team, Mr. Ebelberger held various management positions with the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company during his 27-year tenure. These positions included Director of Disbursements, Business unit Controller, Budget Manager, and IT Systems Development. Mr. Ebelberger served as a board member and financial advisor for UCO Industries prior to his employment with the Company. Ted is a board member, treasurer, and an adult Bible study facilitator with his church. He funded his college education at The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Ted resides in rural Prospect, Ohio with his wife, who shows Paint horses, and enjoys spending time with their nine grandchildren.
Dan Gardner, Operations Manager
Dan Gardner brings nearly 30 years of experience at Honda suppliers to UCO Industries – with two decades at AY Manufacturing in Columbus. Former roles include Production Planner, Production Control Supervisor, Materials Manager, Plant Manager, and Vice President. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Japanese Studies.

Dan and his wife Barb have four children and reside in Galloway, Ohio. Dan loves being a Grandpa and spending time with his family. Other interests include working with youth in a variety of roles including: sports involvement, church role, or with the Boy Scouts of America.

Jessica Joseph, HR & Office Leader

Mrs. Joseph joined UCO in June, 2017 as the Executive Assistant. She is now the HR & Office Leader. She has previously worked for both Sears Home Services and Transportation Research Center. Jessica has an education background in health care industry including a Certification in Medical Office Management. Jessica grew up in the Hilliard area, and currently resides in Mechanicsburg with her Husband Donald and 2 children.

Sarah Snapp, Production Supervisor
Ms. Snapp joined UCO Industries in 2012 as a Production Trainer and quickly excelled, earning a promotion to
Production Supervisor in 2013. Sarah is responsible for a large, diverse production team, overseeing all production operations. Ms. Snapp takes great pride in her job, especially the opportunity to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. Sarah holds a certificate with Teaching Professions Academy in special needs through Ohio Hi-Point Career Center and also attended Clark State Community College where she began her Associate of Arts Transfer degree. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends and working with her animals on her small farm. She resides near West Liberty with her husband Dillon.
Bobbi Fraker, Warehouse Supervisor


Ms. Fraker joined UCO Industries in October 2014. She has 20+ years of experience in the Honda automotive supply field and has been working in management for 10+ years. Bobbi brings positive change to UCO Industries by coaching and empowering team members to contribute their best, building top-performance teams committed to achieve desired metrics and establish best practices. She believes that customer service is every associates job and has worked with a team that earned an Outstanding Performance Award. Helping others and building the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization is key in the Supervisor role. Ms. Fraker attended Columbus State Community College for Supply Chain Management. She strives to focus on UCO Industries Mission and Vision.


Heidi Schultz, Quality Supervisor

Hello My name is Heid Schultz. I started with UCO Industries on April 21,2014 as a Quality Auditor. In the early part of 2015 I stepped into the role of Quality Information Specialist. This allowed me to work closely with the Quality Manager. In February 2019 I was offered the role of Quality Supervisor, and I accepted. I also work with our CFO in the finance department.

 I have a teenage son who attends Ben Logan high school. My husband works for UPS. I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my family. Currently we are rehabbing a house up in Port Clinton by the lake.

Dan Adelsberger, Second Shift Production Supervisor
Dan Adelsberger accepted the position of 2nd shift supervisor on June 27th 2016 . Prior to this time he worked with Work Net as a job coach , spending much of this time job coaching associates at UCO . Before his employment with Work Net , he worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years with Steak and Ale and Chi Chi`s as a general manager and area supervisor . He and his wife Judy then purchased the Old Town Inn Restaurant in Marysville , and successfully operated it with their two sons Brian and Jason for 15 years .

Dan enjoys teaching and directing the associates on 2nd shift at UCO , ensuring all production needs are met on a daily basis. He has a B.S. Degree in business education from The Ohio State University .

In his spare time Dan enjoys traveling with his wife Judy in their RV , and spending time with their 4 grandkids and 2 great granddaughters .
